All trade contractors must have license (if required by state laws), vast experience in their trade, business liability insurance, a valid driver’s license and social security number, own tools/ladders and transportation. We are looking for people who are hard-working and dedicated to their trade.

Trade contractors must also be willing to do whatever it takes to get an assignment completed with quality results.

• General Construction crews with frame-to-finish experience

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop a plan and specifications to complete assigned portion of project.

• Read and understand bid packages.

• Maintain the highest level of quality of workmanship throughout duration of project.

• Identify and anticipate problems.

• Focus on bringing projects in “on-time” and “on-budget”.

• Support the decisions and goals set by project supervisors.

• Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.

• Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.

• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.

• Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.

• Maintains an organized job site.
