The Marketing Assistant will assist Vice President of Lone Star, Justin Bravo, with all aspects of our marketing efforts. This includes a large focus on Social Media and the management of our FaceBook, Twitter, and Google+ accounts. The position requires visitation to our remodeling projects weekly to take photos and share progress through our Social Media accounts. It also requires visiting our vendors to share photos and information about new and exciting products in the remodeling industry. The position will also manage our website blog and be responsible for writing small articles a couple times a month on topics such as interior design, remodeling, and press release type material.
Justin Bravo is also the President of the local chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and the position will also have responsibilities aiding in the management of the organization along with help on various organization committees. We are also members of industry related organizations like National Kitchen and Bath Association and Greater San Antonio Builders Association. The Marketing Assistant will need to be able to attend events and mixers held by these organizations to help promote our company and network with vendors.
The ideal candidate would be someone who not necessarily has experience in the remodeling industry but someone who is passionate about our industry. We are also happy to work around school hours if necessary.
This is an entry level position with a possibility of future growth into other aspects of the remodeling business.

• Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite is a plus but not needed.
